Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities
  • NEW: Break Sponsorship $1,500 (includes all six breaks; multiple opportunities available) Associate your company with the fun, social parts of the event. Each break will have a designated page for the event, and will feature a gotomeeting link so attendees can join up during the scheduled times (morning and lunch breaks are available). Plus, in order to inject a little reality into our virtual conference, all paid early registrants will receive one complimentary coffee delivery during the break of their choice, during the conference. Sponsor logos will appear on all break pages and the logos will be linked to the sponsors’ booths. Sponsor logos will also be added to the GOMACTech website and will be featured in pre-show marketing blasts.
  • Scavenger Hunt Extra Booth Points: $200 A Scavenger Hunt is a great way to draw attendees to your virtual booth. It works this way: Participating attendees earn points by visiting booths. Those attendees with the most points at the end of the show qualify for a prize drawing. Each GOMACTech 2021 exhibitor booth comes with 100 points. You can purchase an additional 100 points for $200. That way, any attendee visiting your booth earns DOUBLE points, making your booth a more attractive destination. Your company's participation will be advertised in all pre-event marketing emails about the GOMACTech Scavenger Hunt. To participate, attendees scan a QR code to answer your game question and earn points for visiting.
  • Scavenger Hunt Sponsorship: $1,700 (exclusive opportunity) Identify your company as the exclusive sponsor of the first-ever GOMACTech Scavenger Hunt. Your logo and company name will be included in all pre-event marketing emails. Your logo and company will also be included on the GOMACTech website and on the Scavenger Hunt page for the virtual event. Your sponsorship also includes 100 extra booth points.
  • Pre-Event Exhibitor Spotlight Email Program: $900 (each) Are you interested in including your company brand in our next attendee marketing email? Add your logo and short write-up to one of our weekly GOMACTech 2021 attendee emails. Your message will be placed in the special Exhibitor Spotlight section of our emails. Space is limited.   • Wednesday Night Virtual Trivia Sponsorship: $1,700 (exclusive opportunity) This fun night is a great chance for attendees to gather in teams for a night of trivia. Don't miss this opportunity to get your company brand in front of the attendees while they are having a good time. The exclusive sponsor logo will be included on the GOMACTech website, on all pre-event marketing material, and in all of the virtual trivia game rooms.
  • Company Logo (visible throughout the event): $1,300 - Company logo, with link to your virtual booth, scrolling with other sponsors on the left panel of every page in the virtual event.
  • Company Advertisement (visible on the event homepage): $1,100 - Company advertisement, with link to your company website, scrolling with other sponsors on the right panel of the virtual event homepage (specs 320wx1200h PNG).
  • Company Advertisement (visible on the GOMACTech website only): $500 - Company advertisement, with link to your company website, placed prominently on the GOMACTech Conference website (specs are 288W x 356H, PNG or JPG).
  • Company Logo (visible on the GOMACTech website only): $400 - Company logo, with link to your company website, placed prominently on the GOMACTech Conference website.

Exhibitors can create their own chat timetables for face-to-face meetings or demos with attendees.
Exhibitor Registration
Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary registration package for each paid booth. Each package will include admission to the exhibit area and all technical sessions and a copy of the GOMACTech Digest of Technical Papers. All company representatives must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens.
Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
Companies previously signed up for the GOMACTech physical event and paid in full: Please confirm participation in the virtual event no later than January 29, 2021.

New virtual event exhibitors: Full payment is due no later than January 29, 2021.
CANCELLATION: In the event the Exhibitor cancels all or part of the exhibit space contracted herein, The Exhibitor must do so in writing by certified mail to 411 Lafayette Street, Suite 201, New York, New York 10003. Failure to make payment by said payment dates does not release the contractual or financial obligation on the part of the exhibitor. Contracts submitted to GOMACTech after January 29, 2021, must be accompanied by full payment of the exhibit rental fee. Exhibitors will be liable for any cancellation expense, including reasonable Attorney’s fees, “reasonable” to be construed as not less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of all other moneys determined to be owed by the Exhibitor. Checks should be made payable to: GOMACTech, and send payment accompanied by a copy of the signed contract to GOMACTech, 411 Lafayette Street, Suite 201, New York, New York 10003.

Written notice of cancellation must be received by January 29, 2021, to be liable for 0% of rental fee due.
Written cancellation after January 29, 2021 obligates the exhibitor to pay GOMACTech 100% of the rental fee due.
