Welcome to the 28th Annual GOMACTech Conference    Countering Asymmetric Threats March 31, 2003 to April 3, 2003 Tampa, Florida               Abstract Submission Form    Abstracts can be submitted via the web below as text. Submissions must be unclassified and should consist of a 35-word abstract. The 35-word abstract, suitable for publication, must include the following information (not included in the 35-word count); an unclassified paper title, author's name(s), affiliation, complete mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and email. Future correspondence will be made via email with the lead author unless otherwise indicated. Authors will be asked to submit a technical summary, which should be double-spaced and not exceed 2 pages including figures and references. The uniqueness of the paper and the implications of the results should be highlighted. Selected authors will be asked to prepare an approximately 2000-word (4 pages) paper for inclusion in the Conference Digest. Papers with classification up to the Secret level may be presented at the classified session. Authors are asked to plan adequate time for organizationally approval of papers and presentations so that they may be published.
