Dated: March 12, 2020

Dear GOMACTech Colleagues and Attendees:

GOMACTech 2020 will not take place March 16-19 in San Diego, California.

Due to the California Department of Public Health’s recent ban on gatherings of more than 250 people in the state, the GOMACTech Steering Committee has decided they must cancel next week’s GOMACTech 2020 Conference.

The GOMACTech Steering Committee is currently reviewing options for a path forward, but we wanted to let you know this latest development as soon as possible so you could cancel your immediate travel plans. More details on the path forward will be provided early next week.

IMPORTANT: All attendees are responsible for cancelling their travel reservations as soon as possible.

  • Attendees with reserved hotel rooms outside the GOMAC room block (at alternative hotels OR at the Town Country Resort at a non-conference rate) are responsible for cancelling their own reservations. If in doubt about how your reservation was confirmed, please contact the hotel directly.
  • Attendees with hotel rooms reserved inside the GOMAC room block will have their rooms cancelled automatically.

More information will be communicated by early next week via email and on the website, at which time we will also let you know how to handle fees for registrations, materials, etc. Thank you for your patience.

We apologize for all inconvenience.

In Good Health,
GOMACTech Steering Committee
