If your paper was accepted, you received an email in November 2023 with a unique link for submitting your final 4-to-6 page paper.
We strongly encourage you to review the sample templates below so you will be aware of the mandatory sections, formatting requirements, font requirements, font sizes, and spacing required before submitting.

Poster Preparation Guidelines

For abstracts and papers that are not approved for public release, we request that you password-protect the PDF or DOCX file with AES-128-bit or higher encryption. Student Paper Competition 

A panel of judges drawn from the organizing committee will judge all student papers. First place winner will receive $500. The competition is open to graduate and undergraduate students. To be considered for this competition, the lead author must be a student, the student must present the paper or poster at the conference, and a full paper must be written and submitted to the Conference Proceedings. The student lead author must be a U.S. citizen or a legal U.S. Permanent Resident.
