Paper Submission Instructions
If your paper has been accepted, you will receive an email in November with a unique link for submitting your final 4- to 6-page paper. We strongly encourage you to review the sample templates below so you will be aware of the mandatory sections, formatting requirements, font requirements, font sizes, and spacing required before submitting.

Responsibility for correct markings resides with the author, sponsoring government organization and point of contact, and contracting requirements.

Student Paper Competition
A panel of judges drawn from the organizing committee will judge all student papers. First place winner will receive $500. The competition is open to graduate and undergraduate students. To be considered for this competition, the lead author must be a student, the student must present the paper or poster at the conference, and a full paper must be written and submitted to the Conference Proceedings. The student lead author must be a U.S. citizen or a legal U.S. Permanent Resident.
